so maybe you had to be there

liam is all boy. he constantly talks about farts and poop and pee. he will come home from school and give me a detailed list of who let out a "woofie" in class that day but never thinks to mention one of his friends dad's is in haiti helping out. it kills me, i didn't grow up with boys this behavior is totally foreign to me. but last night he had a classic. we are sitting at the end of of dinner discussing what to do for the evening and liam says "we can go to the fart museum" then he lets out a fart and says "we're here" the comic timing was so brilliant even i had to laugh until i almost cried.

ok mom and dad here is a new blog. i am surprised that you feel the need for me to write these. i talk to each of you at least 3 times a week either by phone or, now that dad too has email, by email. plus you're both on facebook now and i put all my best inner thoughts out there for the world to see.

i enjoy writing this but i signed up for this right about the time i signed up for facebook. and i found writing in 520 characters or less was more enjoyable, well maybe not more enjoyable, but certainly faster than this. plus all 200 of my friends can comment on my brilliance on facebook, where is only you and dad will likely make comments here. Thats ok though.

i wish i had this back when liam was first born. i love what stacey has done to record everything that jack has done. all the funny things kids do. god knows liam and charlotte have had their share of whoppers. but then again does liam saying "how do you like my shoes?" as his first complete sentence really translate on to a blog? Charlotte had a classic the other day but I can't remember what it was now.

I will blog again soon. Liam will be staying after shool for readers theater every wednesday now for the next 6 weeks, that should give me extra time...

i need to get a new keyboard though the keys are sticking on this one like crazy
